Was looking to purchase the new Stilh HLA66 battery powered hedgecutter (plus battery and charger).Emailed the company to check availability before ordering. Amy in accounts replied immediately to advise not yet in stock but gave expected delivery date. This did slip back due to supply from Stihl but once in stock I ordered and it was delivered next day. Very impressed with the unit - it is definitely the way forward. I was concerned whether it would have sufficient power but it certainly does and vibration, noise levels and weight are all a lot less. It is a joy to use. No going back to petrol units now!Thanks to Radmore and Tucker for an excellent buying experience, will definitely use again.

Ordered and paid for a chain saw which was shown as in stock on January 18th. Next day order confirmation shortly followed by out of stock notice. Still waiting as of March 8th despite multiple promises of delivery dates. Don't try and buy anything you actually need form this company.

They are true professionals keeping me informed of my order and even updating me that one item was due in shortly. The completed order dispatched with DPD came swiftly and spot on scheduled time. Simply amazing, as others are not as good!I have pre covid visited the store and found it a true candy shop of delights for a keen professional like myself. They assisted me over the phone that time and arranged i could pop in and collect a Stihl Straight Shaft edger attachment for a kombi system.A real time saver of a bit of kit. Ordered a chainsaw from them.With 2-4 day delivery. Heard nothing from them so rang for an update.They didn't have the item I ordered in stock (nothing on the website say they had no stock) and don't know when they'll be getting any back in stock.Why take my money for an item you don't have and let me wait expecting a parcel to be delivered?

Radmore and Tucker are outstanding. I ordered and paid for a product and discovered it was incorrect and I did not need it. I contacted them and they instantly without any resistance cancelled my order. They repaid the cost back to PayPal in 3 minutes. They were friendly, helpful and simply brilliant.

Ordered 2 Stihl battery lawnmowers at a great price, they were delivered for free in 48hrs. I am so impressed with Radmore & Tucker's customer care and low prices, my local Stihl dealer was over priced, unhelpful and would not deliver..Well done to the team at Radmore and Tucker.

Sadly, my experience has been the same as too many other people leaving reviews here. I ordered £350-worth of Stihl equipment and delivery was scheduled for 5-7 working days. They took the money immediately. On the 5th working day I got a message to say that the items I had ordered were 'out of stock'. Didn't eventually arrive until two weeks later. This sort of practice is unforgivable in my book; if it's not in stock then you either don't take the order or you give a realistic delivery date. I will not be ordering from them again on principle.
